Yes. The account holder — the person paying the bill and on file legally — must be 18+ and a US resident. The line itself can be used by anyone in the household. Many of our customers are parents setting up a first phone for a teen: the parent signs up, the kid uses the phone, and the parent stays in control of the account, billing, and the service address.
No. We're prepaid, no credit pull, no SSN required. Pay with a credit or debit card and your line is active. If the card fails, service pauses until you update payment.

Number porting will be available once we add a porting-capable carrier partner — you can join the porting waitlist and we'll email you the moment it's live.
