Refund Policy

1. Billing model

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Each billing period is one month from the date you started or last renewed.

2. 7-day first-month satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, you may request a full refund of your first month's plan charge within seven (7) days of the initial charge, provided that you have used less than 500 MB of cellular data and that there is no evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of the Acceptable Use Policy. The guarantee applies to the plan charge only; taxes and regulatory fees that have been remitted to the government are not refundable from us.

3. Pro-rated refunds

Outside the first-month guarantee, partial-month refunds are not provided. When you cancel, service runs through the end of the current paid period and no further charges are made. This is consistent with standard wireless industry practice.

4. Refunds for service failures

If we charged you for service that was never provisioned or that was unusable due to our failure (not due to your device, your location, or the carrier's network outage), you may be entitled to a full or partial refund of the unused portion. Contact [email protected] within 60 days of the charge to request review.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel any time through your customer portal or by email to [email protected]. There are no cancellation fees and no early termination fees.

6. Disputed charges & chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most disputes can be resolved within one business day. Bad-faith chargebacks (filed after using the service and without giving us an opportunity to investigate) may result in account termination and may be contested through Stripe.

7. Refund processing time

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.

8. Taxes & regulatory fees

Government taxes (e.g., Hawaii GET) and regulatory fees (e.g., USF, 911 surcharge, TRS) that we collected and remitted to the respective agency may not be refundable; in those cases we will refund only the plan portion. Refundable government amounts will be returned along with the plan refund.
